I have some questions regarding my H1B and would appreciate your comments/
evaluation. I am holding my H1B for 2 years and just started the PERM
process for GC application last month. However now I am facing potential lay
-off in the next 1-3 months given the current bad economy. In this case I
was wondering what would be the best way to keep my legal status, and at the
same time to avoid as much negative impact on my future GC application as
possible.
