expertise is STEM/TEM, FIB, SEM, EELS and EDX, also familiar with CVD and

Position Title: Hardware Reliability Engineer II
Location: Cupertino, CA
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the test validation of Lab126’s next generation devices.
Identify and validate product risks and work with design teams to mitigate
them. Conduct FMEA (Failure mode and Effects Analysis); Define test
methodology and test coverage to assure product reliability; Perform Design
of Experiment (DOE) and execution; Perform failure analysis and reliability
risk assessments of failures using Weibull ++; report test result to cross
function team and drive for closure.
Position Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field plus
two years of experience in the job offered or related occupation of Hardware
Reliability Engineer, or a related occupation. Two years of experience must
involve reliability engineering. Experience with Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiment (DOE), Statistical tools,
environmental chambers, vibration and shock testing and failure analysis
tool is required.
