another American nice guy, who is a nyu phd student. (Plus, I am also a nyu
student)
Some features about the apartment:
1) Location: 1st Ave, 14 St. 2 minutes walking distance to the entrance of L-
train subway. Meanwhile, it is not close to the street. So it will be quite
both in daytime and nighttime.
2) Time: From May 11, 2006 to Aug 3, 2006. If you feel the time period is bad
for you, we can discuss about it.
