率极低，女生深夜12点后单独从地铁站走回家都安全无虞。邻居主要为犹太人、白人，
几乎看不到黑人。 走路到Forest Hills地铁站E/F快车只需10分钟，如果雨雪天不想走
路，马路对面就是Q23路公交车，5分钟直达森林小丘地铁站。E/F快车20分钟三站即达
曼哈顿。
出租房间为二楼主卧和次卧（均带空调），可单独出租，也可与你的同伴合租两间，暑
期租房高峰期来临之前目前仍available。一楼为主卧、次卧共二间卧房，另有客厅、
厨房和1个带淋浴的大卫生间。二楼为两个主卧和一个1个不带淋浴的小卫生间。带独立
车库。占地面积为40X100英尺，在森林小丘属于很大的独栋占地，如果你开车，停车也
很方便，完全免费。里面已有前面住户（中国留学生）留下的床和基本家具，自己需要
