已经开了LLC，把房子转到了LLC名下。下一步要买保险。请问landlord和umbrella保险
是不是要买商业的？还是个人的？如果有lawsuit应该是针对LLC了，所以我觉得是商业
的，保护公司的。是不是不能出现我的名字？
