MIT on-campus housing) will be available from May.1 through June.15. Ten
minutes walk to MIT main campus. MIT tech shuttle, which runs every 5
minutes at rush hour, takes you to Kendall red line station.
There is a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom. Your
bedroom is basically furnitured:
a queen size bed, a desk and a chair. All your neighbours, as well as your
roommate (me), are MIT graduate students. The community is safe, friendly,
and quiet.
Monthly rent is $720, and I will pay for the rest ($820). You may also
sublease the room for weeks, and price is negotiable. All utilities (water,
electricity, wireless, etc.) included. If you are a MIT student or postdoc,
you may choose to sublease the whole apt from June. 16 to Aug.15.
