I am looking for a flatmate from March 1st onwards
The reasons, why I moved to Woodside, Queens:
- Best value for money: living, food/-shopping, laundry etc etc!
- Great restaurants, including best burgers and best Thai food in NYC (per
Zagat)...and 4 amazing local pubs with great food
- Commute to Manhattan: 20 min to Midtown; 35 min to get to The Carlyle
- We are located between 3 train stations: 7 train: Woodside 61st St (
express stop+LIRR) & 69th St (local), as well the "R" train: 65th St:

- Safe, even in the middle of the night...and taxi's only cost $15 from
Manhattan (except downtown)
- It's quiet...I sleep with an open window
- BEST shower in the tri-state area (I'm not kidding!)
- the room is furnished and rent will be $900, including everything (
electricity, gas, water, WiFi)
