堆其他各类餐馆，过了马路就是duane reade，走6分钟到union park。
环境安全有保障，楼下building防盗大门，大楼有摄像头监视，Super可以接受包裹。
室友是NYU PhD学生，安静礼貌易相处。

I will be traveling abroad for 28 days in January, and I would love to find
someone to sublet my room while I am gone. I leave in the evening on January
1th and arrive back in the afternoon on January 28th. The sublet is for 28
days and 27 nights, and I can also give you the option to spend the night on
the 28th if you need a little more flexibility. Rent is all-inclusive for
the entire stay, and would be $900 for two weeks; $1250 for four weeks;
This includes all furniture, utilities, rent, tax, etc.
I also request a $100 cleaning deposit, which will be returned in full,
assuming you leave the place in good condition, and nothing is broken.
It is the master bedroom (12 x 15) in a shared converted 2-bedroom apartment
in Stuyvesant Town. Great apartment, great location. Fully furnished - twin
sized bed, desk, dresser, in-room closet, 2 big windows with great light (
east and south), futon couch in the bedroom room that folds into a spare bed
. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. One roommate are one male from UK, PhD
students in 20's. Kitchen and common space are both fully furnished with
everything you could need - sofa, dining table, all pots and pans, dishes,
dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and kettle! We have a
great AC, all utilities included.
The full rent is due in cash before you move in - no exceptions. Sorry, no
pets this time. Male or female is okay. We prefer another young professional
or graduate student who will be on a similar schedule to us. One single
person only - sorry, no couples or friends sharing a room. We share one full
bathroom and it is fine between the two of us, but 3 would be too many. So
it has to be just you!
Located across street from 24-hour pharmacy, around the corner from grocery
store and post office, across street from a great hospital, 2 short blocks
from L-train (connects directly to many trains: 123, ACE, BDF, 456, and more
!), apartment building is right on Avenue B and 14th street, 15 minute walk
to Union Square or Tompkins Square, Square Park and nightlife of Alphabet
City, 20 minute walk to Greenwich Village. Free access to Stuy Town Oval
fountain area, and all Stuy Town outdoor areas - basketball courts,
playgrounds, etc.
I am home now and if you are seriously interested, I can arrange to show you
the apartment pretty much any day. Please ask if you want to know something

Important - please tell me a bit about yourself, why you are coming to NYC,
what your schedule is like, and what dates you would like the apartment for.
We need to know who is living with us, so my roommates feel comfortable! We
sublet often and it is a great room.
