自我介绍：女，北方人，今年刚LLM毕业，搬到ＤＣ来工作。性格外向易相处，爱干净
，爱做饭，爱玩。有车，有全套厨房餐碗器具，餐桌，沙发（包括Friends里Joey和
Chandler最爱的一拉扶手就可躺倒的沙发！），阳台躺椅，日常电器（电视、吸尘器、
电熨斗、热水壶等）所以室友即使没有家具也只需置备自己卧室用品即可。（最可怕的
是我还有专业搬家四轮平板手推车一辆，绝对搬家购物利器，做我的室友绝对上三楼不
喘气儿。。。）
带有肥猫Mr.O'Malley(准确说是used to be "Mr."....)，从来不叫（疑似哑巴），聪
明听话粘人爱干净,会用马桶（将和我使用一个卫生间）。爱猫粮不爱猫罐头，爱偷窥
人上厕所，睡觉枕枕头。
希望寻室友一人（情侣也可），鉴于各自有卫生间所以男女不限，爱干净，学生或已工
作皆可。
房租总共１８００刀／月，平均每人９００刀，不含utility。需和community Manager
签订合同，签订合同时另需$175 move-in fee（其实就是社区设施使用费），$125押
金, renters insurance $113. 8月21日即可入住，租期至2012年7月31日, 中间搬出的
话可sublease。
