如果我说我怀疑那个美国人晚上在网上卖“粉”的话，你们有几个想去试着去谈呢？我
和那房东讲过这些，我说那些过来交易的人都是陌生人，根本不相识的，而且交易的时
候都躲着我。他竟然不相信我的话，那白人两句话就能相信。其实，我估计房东可能更
倾向相信我，可是他不想放弃赚钱的机会，只好和我讲那个白人是干净的。但是，如果
是正当生意的话，那白人没必要总是偷偷摸摸的呀；而且处处提防我和另外房客交往。
对于那些说我不是的那些人，我猜测大都是要往外租房的房东。他们讲的惊人的相似，
无非是想给租房的兄弟姐妹们一个“洗脑”。租房后任何情况下不可以退房。可谓用心
良苦。就连10楼都不屑的只会用英文回信，可见他已经修炼成“鬼”了。
对于十六楼的回复，我想说你真是幼稚到家了。如果没有以前的经验的话，我会觉得你
有理。但是我租房不是一两天了，我自己也当过二房东。房客如果都是中国人的话，你
这招还好使些。但是你应该想到，您无权直接去其他房客抱怨什么的。你只能让房东出
面解决，如果房东都解决不了的，你趁早搬家。
对于我看没看好房，这个是比较困难的事情。1）那个房子的房客原都是Stony Brook的
学生，暑假基本搬完了。对于他们的表现我无须了解，因为我入住时他们已经不再。2
）那对美国男女是早我两周搬进去，在他们搬进去我已经签了租约了。3）爱尔兰人是
晚上工做多，晚上根本不在家。
租金低的原因是他想早日定出去房子而已，什么我讨便宜。再我正式到他那里入住是，
半年前我就和他联系过。他不住那房子，根本不了解住客情况。我给他当眼线，他还这
样对待我，是根本没拿自己人当自己人对待。这是我最生气的地方。
下面是我和房东的通信，你们自己看个清楚。

I put my key on my desk and locked my room. When you go into the room
exchange the key, can you leave the key at the same place as I left?
By the way, I complain the American couple about one thing: they cooked
after 11:00PM and go down and up very loudly in midnight. I was awaken by Mr
. Brain several times last night. This is the worst thing that I can't
withstand.
The girl will complain that they smoke in the room and make the air smell
bad. Could you tell them to be quiet after 11:00PM?
