发帖数: 98 | 1 事情是这样的，上个星期我出去倒垃圾时忘带房门钥匙了，厨房正做着饭，比较紧急就
叫公寓emergency帮我开门，他们有备用钥匙所以不用破坏门锁，事后他们要收我50刀
作为lock-out fee,我承认责任在自己，但是仅仅开个门就收50刀觉得太高了，20-30刀
比较合理，所以叫公寓物业出示文件。但公寓的management office只出示了确有
locked-out fee,但没有具体金额，所以50刀是他们自己定的。想问下像这种情况只能
老老实实交钱还是有别的办法？50刀虽然不是大数目，但仅开个门就收50我觉得不太合
理。 |

unfortunately, i have to pay it since i live in a condo.

I am the real "LEI FENG" alive. :) The purpose of doing favors for people is
not intended to be paid back.
But they do invite me to join them in dumpling making this weekend. I am
going to mix the dough for them. Not every one has the skills. Hand rolled
