I'd like to sublease my 1bedroom this summer, (6-8). It's an independent
sweet 1bedroom, with furniture,
internet, cable, a descent TV, a desktop PC, two air conditioners,wash
machine, oh,
and can cook.
The location is close to Oakland postal office, so it's like 10m walk to CMU
/Pitt campus.
The rent is 350$+electricity (~20$)+internet/cable. If you're
interested we can negotiate the price also.
I'll leave everything home, so I'd like to have it subleased to
