July 2008 .and most probably you can move in 10-15 days earlier without the
rent because i will travel according to my tour schedule .after July ,you
can sign a new lease with the landlord.The rent is $217/month + utilities(
this month i am sure the cost is below $80). it is extremely cheap in such a
excellent location.The room has a very good window view with carpet , a
drawer and a cabinet.
