发帖数: 1 | 1 I am about to sublet a room from a guy. After I saw the room and discussed
some detail about subletting I show some interest of subletting and he also
said would like to sublet to me. But the move in day would July 1st, so he
said before I give him upfront the total rent, he require a deposit of 200
dollars for holding the room and not showing to other potential tennant. I
only knew his name and I don't even know whether he owns the room or not. I
feel not secure about giving him the deposit. Co |
