They all claim have 24bit/192k chip, so kind of hard to decide.

performance.
Then check out the pcb board and quality of the resistors, caps, transformer
, etc., which matter a lot in such a level circuit.
500 dollar can do a lot things, don't abuse.

After much reading and research, I can't decide between dacMaic and rDac.
Dacmagic has twin wolfson 8740, rDac has single 8741.
From spec, dacmagic looks better.

interface. You can always upgrade usb receiver in the future.
