Please note that we are currently processing orders in Canada and as such,
some banks may charge a Foreign Transaction Fee. We are in the process of
transitioning our order processing to the US which should be finalized
shortly.

The charge for $xxx from NCIX.COM is currently listed
as a "pending transaction." A "pending transaction" is a
pre-authorization, placed on your account by the merchant.
Please allow up to two weeks for the system to update and
the pre-authorization to be removed. Hence, we are unable
to confirm if a foreign transaction fee and/or any other
fee will be associated with this charge.
