2周前，使用中，突然停机，自动重新启动，进入桌面后5－10分中又自动重新启动，显
示windows不支持internet explore, et al. 给客服电话，告知要start system
recovery, so follow all the directions,failed to recover. 至此，电脑不能进入
桌面，黑屏，反复重新启动。安装windows 启动系统，读盘，显示：set up did not
find any hard disk drives installed in your computer. make sure any hard
disk drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer, and that
any disk related hard ware configuration is correct. This may involve
running a manufacturing-supplied diagnostic 04 set up program.set up can not
continue, quit, press F3.
这是什么意思啊？硬盘坏了吗？怎么修啊？而且电脑开机10分钟久因为过热而停机。以
前觉得HP还可以，怎么遇见这么一个啊？客服敷衍了事，因为过了2年保修期，HP态度
更是恶劣。请问大家修理的一件。毕竟1000刀啊，说坏就坏了。
