我之前就用windows disk management分了个区，shrink了原来的。这个有影响么？

I bought a refurb T410s from outlet as well, which has the same problem (low
SSD speed as well as the low rate by Windows 7), besides, does yours have
noise like current of cpu or something?
I've sent mine to IBM ezserv to repair and I'll let you know what's going on

效，具体原理不详，网上看的。
