发帖数: 8800 | 5 其实想想是由合理性的。因为你要是能把罪犯撂倒，警察来的时候是安全的。你要使被
杀，只有罪犯确是撤退了警察来才是安全的。
当然，说的就是警察的安全。

He made a mistake in telling the dispatcher he was going to shoot the
intruder. Now it is pre-meditated.
Since the DA is probably the product of one of our fine, anti gun and anti
rights, universities he will probably prosecute the home owner. If someone
is coming into your house, call 911, act scared and then shoot. Never tell
them you are going to shoot. That implies you have a choice… |

了。还有自卫可以有panic shooting，就是没有panic reload。所以3发实在不多。

只代表他有计划怎么应对这种对他和他老婆生命的威胁。 那个贼一进屋就是死定了，
那owner完全不需要担心 criminal charge.
