The DPMS Complete Upper Assembly will work with any standard small pin AR-15
lower receiver. The Lo-Pro upper receiver is constructed of 6066-T6
aircraft aluminum and Mil-Spec hard coat anodized. The upper has a sleek
profile, without a forward assist, case deflector, or dust cover; this also
helps keep the upper light. The GlacierGuard AP4-style handguards are fiber
reinforced polymer with 15 internal fins for heat dispersion, and added
strength. The 5.56x45mm NATO chambered barrel is a heavy weight bull profile
constructed of chrome moly steel with 1 in 9" twist. The railed gas block
allows users to add or remove a front sight as needed. Aluminum parts are
Mil-Spec anodized and steel parts are phosphate coated in matte black.
