唉。
更新：
写信问了DOL，他们说是可以的。只要没有犯过法，然后带上驾照，护照/visa，hunter license就
行。 |

Good Afternoon!
Unfortunately that website is incorrect. Before 2009 the Aliens Firearms
License was issued by the Department of Licensing however, there was a law
change in 2009 and now the Aliens Firearms License is issued by the sheriff
offices in Washington State. We still require and have the Aliens Firearms
License in Washington. Simply take the required documentation to your local
sheriff’s office and complete the application, submit the finger prints
and pay the fees. Once they complete the background check and everything
comes back clear they will issue you a license. |

但是FBI不能把背景调查的信息发给Department of Licensing，所以Alien Firearms
License就不可能通过。 |
