The ILA Grassroots Division frequently receives inquiries regarding legal
matters. Our area of expertise is in legislative, rather than legal matters.
For assistance with such matters, NRA members need to contact the NRA-ILA’
s Office of Legislative Counsel, at 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, VA
22030; or by phone, at (703) 267-1161.
The Office of Legislative Counsel can often assist NRA members who have
questions of a legal nature. In addition, this office maintains an attorney
referral list and can often provide NRA members with the name of an attorney
in their area. If you are a member and are in need of this service, please
