但是对付入侵者不可轻易用枪，只可以在对方明确威胁你和家人的生命是才用。当然啦

如果确实是入侵者，确实对你构成实在的威胁，你被迫开枪也是没办法的事。
你要说开枪者有没有插圈挽套的，应该有。你做个陷阱，谁让他进呢。
比如说，打后背肯定是不行，打侧面呢。他突然一转身，手一抡，谁知道是什么东西。
万一是攻击行动做呢？

why 逼住 in the first place?
Scare him away or shoot him dead, never try to be a hero to arrest a bad guy
. I am not paid to do so, that's cops' job.
If you can scare him away, then it is better than shoot him dead. Save
some trouble. But you should be mentally prepared for shooting him dead,
otherwise you may not be able to fire when he really breaks in.

"Police is on their way!"
If the intruder broke in and you think you are in danger, aim his center
mass and empty the mag. If you are at a safe distance, and he only have a
knife or other non-firearm weapon, order him "Freeze, drop your weapon, get
on the ground now." Keep a safe distance, hold him at gun point until police
arrive.

yourself troubel free.
for burglars or persons already in your house, I don't believe you still
have time to get your gun and load it. because your gun and ammo are always
seperated for storage and locked. So, jsut get any thing to fight a chance
to escape.
for potential intruder, call 911, load your gun, shoot in the air (or other
safe direction) to prove that you have the power to take him |

I appreciate your post.
In case of armed break in case, I do not believe warning shot is a good idea
. It just complicate the story and may cause you unecessary trouble in the
court if you end up shooting the guy afterward and failed to kill him. As
you said, the purpose of self defense is to stop the crime and keep yourself
trouble free. A simple story such as "I fear for my life and I shot the guy
breaking into my house with a gun" is much easier to defend

是枪就在枕头下放着，没上膛。AK和SHOTGUN也在卧室壁橱里，AK梭子装好，与枪分

俺就是觉得在目前这经济和社会环境下，有备无患。
俺的原则很简单明确：对非法入侵尤其有枪或刀在手的，杀无赦，坚决照死打，要命
处至少5枪保证他彻底凉透。

再来讨论这个问题吧。真有Home Invasion的时候，如果你的镇宅枪不是Loaded的，就
跟没有枪效果差不多了，可能还更糟。

全习惯，才让贼人有机可乘。有孩子在家，而且年龄还太小不能开展拥枪教育的话，做
大人的不要偷懒，枪可以LOADED随身带着。在家带枪是不用CCW的。当然各州的情况不
一样。各位可以自己查查州法决定。
