One of my closed friend applied for Finance PhD program for Fall 2004(MS from
top 10,GPA etc is fine). However, he only get an admission from a school
overall ranked in 50s (for finance PhD program, also around 50s). My friend
has ability to self-support him for one year.Does any Di'xia has some
suggestion on it? Based on P/E ratio, if it is vaulable for him to bet on it?
