it through the committee, I tried to contact the professors. And one replied
and asked me for a couple of recommendation letters. Since I havent let my
current department know about my transfer, I dont know whether I should ask
the professors in the department for the letter.
Can some one give me some suggestion about it? Should I ask him whether he
will give me an offer if I supply the recommendation letter? Will it |

They are now asking for the letter from the professor here.
I did asked for help from one of my class teacher and he promised to help me.
But they said I should send at least two letters from here.
So it seems I have no choice except for satisfying their requirements. I am
just worrying about whether they will still reject me even if I send them two

one. They normally will understand. Even so, you still have to make the
decsion since there are risks. I don't know whether they allow you to stay if
you will not get that offer.
I've also heard that some programs may give you some troubles and things like
that. Are you very close to your advisor or if you are very familiar with some
professor in your department. Maybe you can ask him and you don't have to let
other peopl

发帖数: 5 | 5 The only one who I am familiar to is my rotation lab professor, since I
haven't had an advisor yet.
He is very nice to me and he wants me to join his lab. However, that's why I
dont dare to tell him. I
don't think he will give me any positive response although he is a nice guy.
I never though my current department would punish me by asking me away. Will
it really happend? Do you
know any such case? I never heard of that. That's too terrible. I just assume
that they would just be mad at me or not
