The school refused to raise financial support for
TA, RA's, and the on campus housing (which is a must
for first year international students) rised 10%.
Now with the current payment, minus the student fee
and house rent (on campus) you will have less 100 $
to live 2 weeks, that includes food, phone, book,

you're in. According to the EE , you're right. The support
is just 14,000 per year. But some other departments (like Biology),
they offer fellowship, and the students can get 21500/year and no tax.
