here in US IT industrary. So it has no side effect on INS, say immigration,
stuff. And EB1/EB2/EB3/NIW should be same process, I think.
What I know about T1 is just from the 'Net. And actually this act is only
on lobbying now. So everything could change, like Simpson Act a couple of
years before. The 4) is kind of a rumor now, since most IT companies today
are H1 reliant. That's are all non-law and under modification late |
