1) You club is hit from outside to inside.
If you draw a line from your ball to the
target, your club head should never cross
that line.
2) Not rotate your hands during the downswing.
So, the club face is open at impact.
3) You open your upper body too early, so the club
face is open at impact.
4) Raise your height during downswing.

the ball slice or hook) and increase back spin (which
causes the ball fly high).

tho i found these knowledge are kind of new for me. haha.
To islest, I can't point out what you do wrong 'coz i didn't see your swing.
currently, my driver shot is pretty consistent, like i remembered 3 weeks ago,
it's not a problem for me to get 80-90% fairway hit. recently, it's down a
litte bit 'coz i am doing some fitness, my body is not in good shape, also I
swing faster. yesterday, i still can hit ball straight most time.
of course, if i didn't hit good, my ball flights like
