6500 yards, Slope 129). The course was really really wet and cart path only.
Got in a foursome with a single-handi guy; left-handed. He drives more than
300 yards, and his 2i gets 260 yards - no club in between. It was quite an
awesome experience watching his tee shots, even though he likes to use 2i
more than his driver.
My driver can match his 2i. The guy was -2 after 6 holes and got 75; I ended
up with a 95.....
I hit my driver and putted very well today. My short irons were problematic.
There was a 623 yards Par 5, I had 180 yards left for third, 4H + 2 puts,
no problem. At a short Par 5 (~520 yards), I got 85 yards left for third and
it was a middle pin.... I made a long put to save Bogey....:-(
Anyway, it was a fun round and I enjoyed it. | ET

thought only pros like Tiger can hit 300 driver. Apparently a lot can hit
that far.
I asked buddy can hit 300 drive, why would u tee with other club. Same as
the player you played tee off with 2i. His answer was "why not", 260 with
better control from tee.
It was fun to watch ppl can hit that far.

发帖数: 517 | 6 For those power/long hitters, fairways become narrower. Their biggest
concern is to put the ball in the fairway. Their balls stay in airborne
amazingly long, and drifting. When you hear "come down", it is likely a long
hitter. :-) I wish I had that problem. | m****n

time' that could add some distance....:-)

Unfortunately, you do not get to play with single handi too often. It is
likely tennis. A 3.5 can not get much chance to play with 4.5 or 5.0. It is
no fun to do that either.
