look at his spine angle, lack of extra moving parts of body, compressing
down upon ground during downswing, pronation/supration, release, all look
great.
of course, kenny's left arm bends a little, does not recoil as much compared
to tiger, els (those guys arm/body lines like drawn with ruler)

short iron. all feel great.
tried the following
1)hold right arm against chest from backswing to impact, consciously holding
right shoulder from dipping...
2)consciously add some left hand pull during downswing and impact. i used to
never feel my left hand doing anything during downswing/impact. is this the pull feeling ET talked about? left hand pulling could prevent left wrist break, it feels like so.

发帖数: 10701 | 3 那pull的感觉是有些左手“领导”的感觉。 双手永远都是在球杆头前可能最能体现这
个lead和pull了。
这里还有一点的 就是，body不能在downswing时，overrace身体了。 就是不能在下杆
是身体做lateral move了，否则也没法做到“手”在杆头的前头。
这些一个swing的顺序关系，理解起来不难，主要还是如何练习来达到这种稳定的效果。
比如我吧，前些日子动作超自信的时候，基本上就只担心我对距离判断的不好。 而现
在，因为练习draw，整得身体做很多lateral move，这样肩膀和手就协调不上，打超多
cut/slice..
这2天在练习场上调整呢。
