shafts. my right knee still not flexible at the top (body lifts and
right leg gets straight and locked up near the top of back swing). this is
my #1 problem and causing lack of hip rotation (when right knee is not
flexible, hip rotation becomes impossible) and loss of distance. | b******e

so bascially, there is different from swing speed (ur body capability) and
club head speed (which varies from club to club).
for sure the two terms are more correlated.
115mph driver head speed is about 100mph swing speed, which is about what I
can do. (actually, I am a bit higher than this, like 120mph).
it also tells, with the optimized launch angel, (13 degree ), ur driver
would, most likely, carry from 250 yards to 260 yards.

在94--96之间晃荡。让我先花俩礼拜把这个hip rotation搞出来，再去测一测。如果还
是95以上，我就把iron set换stiff去了。。。
