We’ve developed changes specifically geared toward improving the
matchmaking system. These updates will take place with the next server
restart and are intended to improve the matchmaking experience at all tiers
of the game.
The changes look to address comfort levels players have with their tanks
while they are still learning them, providing an optimal experience to ease
you into each new tier of the game. While queue times have increased
slightly with the implementation of the new monitoring system, it will allow
matchmaking to make tier range within a match much tighter than previously
in many cases.
As always, we encourage feedback on the matchmaking system and will continue
watching for ways we can improve the gameplay experience in World of Tanks. |

假如某种车平均表现明显高于同级其它车,就把it提高一级让它去受受虐,
另一方面让被虐的车降一级让它去找回自信
当然官方也有调整某些坦克的等级,但是不够频繁
或者,引入动态分房权重系统。某个人开某辆车,如果总是输,系统偷偷
给他加上“菜鸟”flag,下次给it多分低级房;总是赢,就给他加上“高
手”flag,多给it分高级房

That's what I said for several times in their forum. It should be very
simple to implement. Each tank could have a global weight, and a player
specific weight, and these two numbers gets adjusted based on global record
and player record respectively.

会越差。因为老大的好坏对于胜负的影响更大一些。如果分到高级房,即使你打酱油,
胜率也未必有多差。

你总是能击伤击毁比你ranking更高的ID的车,就把你往高级房分;总是被
比你ranking低的ID击伤击毁,就把你往低级房分
另外,这个动态调整分房都是针对某辆具体的车子,所以你开MS-1去送死,
不会影响你开IS-7的分房

That's why there should be both global weight and player weight. If
everybody else is doing good with a tank, and you suck in it, the global
weight is enough to ensure the tank's matched in proper tiers. Your player
weight can give you a better match up within the envelope determined by
global weight.
