当时球在JT和笨狗球员手中争夺，直到球体出边线，双方谁也没有control the ball.
就算笨狗球员出线后争得球更多一些，哪又怎样？他仍然没有100%控制球（回放看得很
清楚，JT手仍抓在球上）。
准确地应该在球体出线那一时，看看谁control the ball？如果都没有，那就是free
ball. a free ball out of line, and JT was the ball carrier before it turned
to free, so it's either JT's ball or an incompletion.

你家白菜如果直接丢到对方DB手里，你家receiver毛都没摸到，也不是INT了？
不过白菜这场肯定能赢，稍安勿躁。

我看NCAA我们跟VT打时，我们的D跟他们的WR同时拿到球双方滚在一起，然后裁判说同
样球权下给进攻方
