Yes. You can have as many backward pass as you like, from anywhere, by
anyone.
You can have one forward pass, from behind the LOS, by a non-OL, and only if
none of the OL has gone beyond the LOS if the pass goes beyond the LOS.

捡到球那个是RB 对不对？ 他是可以出手传的
那就是正常的passing play, all the rules applied. Even Petyon was an
eligible receiver.

safety, right?

人海鸟群就在后面眨眼间就拍马杀到，直接拍掉recover或者勉强瞎扔出去被接住那就
是7分
没戏给tackle万一fumble也是有可能的
之前有版友说应该直接踢出界其实是best move，确保safety 丢2分

是不是说如果那个球是recovered，那么只要扔过LOS就不是intentional grounding，
不管附近有没有人，因为"if the ball is recovered, all intentional grounding

I think you are right. OLs cannot take the snap (directly), but if they
somehow get the ball in their hands, they can still wing it.
