发帖数: 1978 | 2 Demps was not cut. He's put on IR. He doesn't seem to be injured though, so
I guess Pats just want to give him some time to regain football shape after
missing several months for Olympics.
The 4 TE's may sound too many, but note that there are only 4 WR's (
including two special teamers)! Pats are definitely prepared to use
Hernandez as WR in more than a few snaps. |

returner, Slater is K/P coverage specialist, both are highly subject to
injury. Even if they use Hernandez exclusively as 3rd WR in offense, they
have no depth at all.
I'm sure they will cut more DL and add at least one WR by the start of first
game. Won't be surprised if they add another in Practice Squad. |
