个一个档次的，所以影响不大。

龙哥虽然基本是联盟第一QB 总觉得在绿湾不太容易要上价 走的可能感觉不大
估计就这样了 别亏了就行 不过话说这两年真跟免费打工似的 没准狮子大张嘴

菜汤哥差不多。如果龙哥想要更多钱，会熬到最后一年，或者逼绿湾抬价，或者到市场
上，象老朱那样，这样钱肯定会更多。
龙哥还年轻，所以会提前续约，不需要象老朱那样push的那么hard。
绿湾去年盈利创记录了。只要工资空间够，绿湾有钱付龙哥。

The interesting thing is this floor is on cash actually spent in that league
year, not the cap space. So the entire $37M signing bonus paid to Drew
Brees would have counted against this salary floor.
(Should I still have used the preposition "against" here? It's a min. one
has to reach, not a max. one cannot exceed. Ha!)

understand it. i remember the floor is league wide, not just individual
teams. the combined cash expenses of all teams must hit the floor too.

collectively hit the floor as well, right?

and 95% in the coming years. it's higher than the 89% team floor. so every
team making the minimum is not enough.
this year, teams like the Tampa bay don't need to make the 89% floor, but
the other richer teams must spend more to make the 99% floor. guess that's
where Brees 37 mil bonus can make a huge contribution.

32个队主自己都谈不拢,
因为那些"local revenues", 进来的时候是各个队自己要了,
但是付出的时候却是统统一起算作NFL toal revenues,
然后乘以59.6%除以32, 就是每个队的工资帽.
所以小市场的球队就抗议 ...
现在你说的这个有些(大款的)队要付超过工资地板, 就是折衷方案?
