sear in iron pan then move to pressure cooker
add oil to pan and brown chopped onion, potatoes and carrots, add salt then
move to pressure cooker
continue to heat the pan and add red wine to it, heat the wine and pour into
pressure cooker
add hot water, bay leaves and salt to pressure cooker
set on high pressure for 12 minutes (electric pressure cooker) while
preparing a saucepan or clay/stone pan
move beef stew from pressure cooker to the pan prepared (heated), boil on
high and add cold water starch mix, boil to thicken
done and enjoy |
