标 题: 借宝地问个问题: white carp 是鲤鱼吗?

今天从超市买了一条回家, 都说吃鲤鱼要抽掉那两根筋, 我怎么没找到? 在国内吃鲤鱼
我都自己收拾, 很容易找到. 不禁想问一下这个white carp和国内说的鲤鱼是一回事吗? |

发帖数: 2602 | 2 这个翻译都不太统一，我看过asian carp是鲤鱼，但是carp这个名字似乎鲤鱼草鱼都算
那两根筋就在侧面，沿着脊椎的两条线。我见我妈抽过，我自己没弄过那么复杂的东西

grass carp". Essentially they all mean 草鱼，和国内的草鱼完全一样。
吗?

them or just google the pictures of different fish they call "carp" in here
then compare to what you bought. They are all VERY different visually.
White Amur = White Amur Carp = Grass Carp = 草鱼
Bighead carp = Big Head = 鳙鱼
Silver carp = 鲢鱼
Black carp = 青鱼
Common carp = 鲤鱼

发现一个共同点就是两个图片中的鱼嘴边都有须, 然后看了一下我买的鱼没有, 这是不
是就可以肯定不是鲤鱼了?

Usually the Chinese grocery will sell 草鱼 most of the time. It is tender.
If their environment is bad they will all taste like trash. If they live in
clean water they should all be tasty. Open up the fish belly if you find
foul smell, I would throw it away.
