问题在于中国人炒菜多, 有时粗心导致过热。所以一旦有过过热以后我就不想用了。
还有那种rice cooker, 看上去也是那种teflon的 no-stick coating, 时间长了, 几
年下来, 看上去就有些chipping.
考虑那种all-clad stainless 的cookware, 比如
cuisinart, 也说是带"preimium nonstick interier". hard anodized construction.
