为什么不make sense? Quinoa和小麦不是一个科的,没有面筋蛋白应该可以理解。

小麦和相关产品里面有面筋蛋白,不吃小麦/相关产品的时候就不摄入面筋呀。

m******b 发帖数: 79 | 9 No, I'm not 搞科研. Had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with the
third child, so became interested in gluten related information. My dad
also has type 2 diabetes, that's why I wanted to find out the precise
translation so I can discuss it with him. Thanks for all the translation
suggestions! |

蛋白含量。如果这个数字大些(忘记细节),就是中文中的高筋面粉。
面粉中的最大部分是淀粉,这个当然会升糖。
