5 minutes walking distance to Dadeland North Metrorail Station. Extremely
convenient for students & scholars at each of the three campuses of the
University of Miami.
Near the corner of US-1 and SW 88th Street. (Address: 6884 North Kendall
Drive, Miami, FL 33156)
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bathroom has shower).
Huge living room. The master bedroom is huge too. The guest bedroom is small.
1050 SQ FT. Great for a family or 2~3 students.
2 free gated parking slots, being monitored 24/7.
Marble kitchen table. New stove.
Air-conditioning. Tile ground. Laundary available on each floor.
The apartment is on the second floor.
Very quiet. Some other buildings are between apt and US-1 as sound barriers.
Well-maintained swiminng pool right below the balcony of living room.
Private owner. The Landlord is a very nice female professor in FIU (Florida
International University).
Safe neighbourhood.
Pets OK but with fees.
A lots of international students & scholars live in this community (mainly
from Korea, China and Taiwan).
Belong to Pinecrest (with the best elementary school and high school in
Miami).
Dadeland Grove apartments are very hot because of its great location, so it
will go fast.
The landlord prefers the tenants are educated people studying or working at
university but I think it's not a must.
Availability:
The new lease will start on 11/01/2012 (November 1st), you will take over
the whole lease. Monthly rent will depend on how long you will live. If you
sign 1-year lease or longer, the rent will be $1200 per month ($1200 is the
current rent; the landlord will discuss with you about the rent, not me).
This apartment is paid to 10/31/2012. It has been cleaned and in very good
condition. I only have a small twin bed and a table left there in the guest
room. If you pay me what I pay to the landlord, you are welcome to move in
earlier than the new lease date (could be as early as now). If you move in
earlier than 11/2012, there are different options: ***you can take over the
whole apartment, or ***share this apartment with me till 10/31/2012. I am
leaving in a few months and cannot do the renewal for another year or longer
as requested. There is nothing wrong with this apartment itself.
