些是不错,有些就很烂(贩毒),最起码比较吵.North Miami绝对不能去,North Miami
Beach 最好也不要.如果你不嫌远Kendall的性价比最好了,不过交通可能是个问题.收入
不错就选Coral Gables吧.South Beach也可以,不过个人认为太吵. |

地铁...你说2-2 1200我觉得是没有家具的,如果是在dadeland...我也找了个2-2的有家

发帖数: 326 | 33 其实也都差不多，个人认为放心可以散步的只有coral gables 和 Pines. 警力明显比
其他地方要高的多。只要你不往little havana和little haidi的附近凑合就没什么大
事，downtown附近不建议去。认同去dadeland附近，中国人多，交通也方便。两室的
800-1000不等，找多的室友一人平摊400-500每月。不要说没什么不安全的，迈阿密可
是美国紧次于纽约的犯罪城市，要不CSI为什么不设在其他的地方？ |

ＵM的医学院是在down town的，和本部离很远的，但是在轻轨边上，所以交通倒也是方
便的，那个校区基本是若干的医院包围着的，所以那里各种各样的人很多。。大多数
medical school的中国人都住在dadeland 附近，也是在轻轨沿线的，而且周围生活购
物都是非常方便的。。。rent大概2／2的要1200左右，平均下来，如果要住的舒服点，
房屋水电网络一个月大概600，不过miami的rent本来是要比其他地方贵，特别是在
pincrest 和coral gables。。。
medical school的phd在第一年里是做rotation的，会在3个导师的组里做一年，然后定
方向，当然在一年后开始非常烦人的qualify exam...但是我认识的中国人都挺过来了
，所以只要努力，没什么问题的。。。
26000／12 months 不算特别的少，一个人生活足够了。。。
我认为miami比较好玩吧，离海边很近，逛街的地方也很近，感觉所有的东西都挺集中
的。。。

（1） Jacksonville
还是稍微差一点。总体人口，好像也不多。军队的人相对多一些。 不过最近几年好像
发展很快。
（2） Gainesville
飞机，交通都不方便。
（3） Orlando
房价不贵，税低，冬天不冷，夏天不热，有玩的地方，离海也很近，几万刀买个高层海
景公寓，周末去住，平时住奥兰多。
其中，Lake nona 地区， 新医学城，新高档社区，交通十分便利， 离奥兰多国际机场
只有十分钟，离南北海滩也只有50分钟到1个半小时车程，不用担心飓风和sinkhole。
处于Orlando北1个小时车程的Villages，FL越来越受退休白人欢迎。
（4） Tampa Bay
交通方便，大机场，医院不少。飓风不多，有比较大的华人社区。但是需要担心
Sinkhole。是Sinkhole高发区。
附近的Oldsmar 好地方，最近10年发展快。
