warehouse is almost empty now. so we decide to add services to resellers
among
Chinese by receiving and sending products. The warehouse is well secured by
ADT, CCV , insurance for asset lost, separated office from storage room,
loading deck, safe industrial area with neighbors of giant companies. So how
to charge is fair to the resellers?
I intent to charge big customers with a flat fee, and then for each packages
, it goes a discount fee for sign-in,sign- out, label printing. for regular
costumers, I intent to charge based on each packages: fee for sign-in,sign-
out, label printing.
each packages with optional insurance.
how much to charge for above is the market values or fair for both sides?
