If tracking shows not delivered, or if no tracking and buyer says
not delivered:
I will refund the buyer, on the 14th day after I ship out the cards,
100% of what the buyers paid, including the shipping. Or I will ship
replacement cards (if I still have enough in hand) instead.
At the same time, I will ask the buyer to cooperate with me in case
he/she receives the original cards later.
If the buyer thinks 14 days is too long, I will refund 100% immediately,

几年间各种信件应该有500封以上了吧
正常情况1st mail，3-5 business day送到，偶尔要7－10 business days
也就是1到两周都是正常的。只有一封三周后退回的，
地址对，但就是没有投递.
信件包装我都是用胶条把地址完全粘在信封上或者用黑笔手写的，信封要用结实的
，不要用一摔就破的那种，省2毛可能丢上百，不值得。
