听朋友说氮泵产品。主要是累了一天后为去GYM更有能量。还是需要的。
由于这种产品会增加你在GYM里的强度。相比after work out的用的剂量又小很多。
听国内朋友说有C4和Craze 两种,他吃的效果Craze超强力。还有什么assault
还有一些肌酸的象Con-Cret和glutamine之类的东东。
想问一下pre-work out的产品你们吃哪一种?有没有推荐?

believe C4 and Craze are among the hottest pre on the market now. I am using
C4 right now and I like it. I heard Craze has been reformulated and many
people claim it does not work as well as when they first entered the market.
What I usually do is to use only the half recommended dosage while mixing in
more NO pumping (氮泵) related active ingredients such as beta-alanine and
citruline malate, which I buy seperately. Basically I would like to have
less CNS stimuli but more pumping. I work out after work. If I take a full
dosage, while it gives me harder and longer workout session I have problem
going to sleep even after 5 or 6 hours. |
