一共吃过6瓶了，以前说有问题现在彻底不让生产了。
听朋友说氮泵产品。主要是累了一天后为去GYM更有能量。还是需要的。
由于这种产品会增加你在GYM里的强度。相比after work out的用的剂量又小很多。
听国内朋友说有C4和Craze 两种，他吃的效果Craze超强力。还有什么assault
还有一些肌酸的象Con-Cret和glutamine之类的东东。
想问一下pre-work out的产品你们吃哪一种？有没有推荐？

头痛，手脚发烫，刚回家的时候手还发抖，腹胀，留了很多鼻血，一夜没有睡着。今天
早上起来精神很好。但是我很担心下午会CRASH.
看样子，今天必须要休息一下了。
我查了一下，觉得很大的问题是昨天吃的那些东西互相反应了。
特别是JACK3D和那个春药。两个都有兴奋的作用。我不该两个都吃。那个春药更是瓶子
上说吃３颗。但是AMAZON上的REVIEW有人说这个东西吃３颗反应很大。建议一次１颗。
