Got heel pain and arm injuries during this period.
However, I managed to keep on working out, for example,
cycling and elliptical.Now arm is recovered, only
a tiny tail of heel pain persists.The longest run
I did was 12 miles. I actually did it twice within
3 days. Right after the second 12-mile run, my heel
pain forced me stop running for a whole week.
What was more frustrating was that my body weight bounced
backed 7LBS -- I believe it was due to muscle
inflammation from the two high intensity workouts.
Had twice AppleBee burger meals and one dinner of 18
Buffalo Wings to comfort myself during the recovery week:)
I did a 3-mile and a 5-mile run today and yesterday for
test and recovery.Just now, after dinner, body weight
