done (I am doing it). It will take lots of time and effort. If you only want
to lose fat, then running should get you there. And running will not eat
away your muscles. |

one day, back one day, legs one day,
shoulders&arms one day. 45-60minutes per workout. Abs workouts at home twice
a week. Also do some jump rope,
stretch at home.
Drink protein after each gym workout.
Try to eat as healthy as possible.
After over a year, waist reduced 2 inches while chest, back, arms are all
thicker. Legs and shoulders only worked a
few months so less improvement. Strength also increased a lot. Not mention
blood pressure from pre-hype to optimal.
Weight remained almost same through past year and body fat ratio downed from
19-20% to 15-16%.
If you haven't done exercises in the past few years, you may start slow.
Like go to gym 1or 2 times per week. Start
easy normally help keeping you interested. Once you form the habit of going
gym, you can then gradually add more.

suggestions based on you goal.

时候秤重)。
