here is the drill,
on a treadmill, warm up on 8-9 for 5 minutes
Run at 10-11 for 1 minute (HR=130)
increase speed to 14-15, run for 30s (HR>160),
bring speed back down to 11, run for another 1 minutes,
continue the cycle 6 times.
cool down 5 minutes
total time=19 minutes.
