Today in the swimming pool, i saw a Chinese gentleman over 50 y.o.
He has an amazing abs, very nice 6 packs, if you take a pix of his
abs, it looks like from a professional body-builder.
But he is very slim all over his body. I guess his body fat percentage
should below 12%.
What do u guys think a great body for guys should be?
i think his BMI should be at least 21, plus body fat percentage <=12%
